William Kraft presents 'Photographic Journey Through the Cosmos'
The Cushing Historical Society invites the public, once again, to join Cushing resident and astrophotographer Bill Kraft for an illuminating journey through the cosmos where cosmology meets astrophotography in a captivating exploration of the universe’s grandest mysteries. The talk will take place Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 7 p.m., at the Historical Society Barn, 17 Hathorne Point Road, in Cushing.
In this talk Kraft will unravel the science behind the origins and evolution of the cosmos while showcasing his stunning astrophotography images captured in his back yard. As an amateur astronomer and visual artist Kraft’s images bring distant galaxies, nebulae and star clusters to life, offering a unique blend of cutting edge technology and visual artistry.
