Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 16-30.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 16

    Christopher Cunningham, 33, of Franklin, was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating under the influence, and operating without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) on Route 52. 

    Nov. 24

    Lisa Paige, 57, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.

    Nov. 27

    Allison Brown, 40, was issued summonses for trafficking of a schedule W drug, speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit, and operating after suspension on Route 1.

    Nov. 30

    Samantha Brown, 47, of Swanville, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear and violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Mill Lane.
