Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 22-31.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    May 22

    James E. Owen, 34, of Morrill, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Donald Murrin, 32, was arrested for felony violating a condition of release on Cold Brook Lane. 

    May 23

    Brian A. Collins, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release. 

    Lucas J. Small, 44, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft on Northport Ave.

    March 27

    Nicholas Ripley, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal mischief and violating a condition of release on Piper Stream Road.

    May 28

    Scott Mosher, 55, of Augusta, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Back Belmont Road.
