Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 16-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Dec. 16

    Steven E. Clarke, 56, of Rockland, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and operating with suspended registration on Route 1.

    Dec. 20

    Destiney E. Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear and issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Nov. 7. 

    Brett A. Hayword, 47, of Northport, was issued summonses for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone and improper passing on Route 1.

    Dec. 21

    Jonathan B. Lawrence, 20, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Ave. 

    Annette Walker, 58, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 50 mph zone on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Tony H. Bates, 42, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to notify of an accident via quickest means, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, imprudent speed, and inadequate tires on High Street. 

    Caleb Peacock, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Dec. 26

    Meisha Rice, 38, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on High Street, stemming from an incident Nov. 26.

    Dec. 27

    Patrick N. Terry, 42, of Freedom, was issued a summons for speeding 75 mph in a 50 mph zone on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Dec. 29

    Adam G. Snodgrass, 25, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on Mill Lane. 

    Dec. 30

    Devin A. Palmer, 24, of Camden, was arrested for operating after suspension, operating under the influence of drugs, and violating conditions of release on Perkins Road.
