    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 9-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Sept. 9

    Libby M. Emerson, 25, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave.

    Donovan O. Conary, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and two counts of criminal mischief on Peach Street. 

    Sept. 10

    Destiny Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for (five counts) of failure to appear. 

    Liane Rolls, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on High Street. 

    Craig L. Sullivan, 31, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street. 

    Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 22, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Emily Dyer, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 41 mph in a 15 mph zone on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Sept. 11

    Christopher Focker, 36, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street. 

    Kevin Nickerson, 53, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 69 mph in a 40 mph zone. 

    Sept. 12

    Karen Miller, 61, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street. 

    Sept. 13

    Luis Mauser, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on City Point Road. 

    Sept. 14

    Kyle M. Baril, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to register a vehicle on Congress Street. 

    Gary M. Robbins, 31, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1. 

    Sept. 16

    Sidney Harris, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on Searsport Ave.
