BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 18-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 14 (late entry)

Isabella Witham, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on High Street. 

April 18

Ryan Lawrence, 38, of Camden, was arrested for operating under the influence, driving to endanger, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Edgecomb Road. 

April 20

Eric A. Leppanen, 49, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Jesse Robbins Road. 

April 21

Brett A. Hayward, 46, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1. 

April 24

Destiny Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave. 

April 26

Morgan Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and false attachment of plates on Searsport Ave. 

April 29

Damian L. Craven, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Ryan Road.

Kasey D. Drake Jr., 21, of Belmont, was issued a summons for driving under the influence on Oak Hill Road.
