Arts in the Park to celebrate 30th anniversary, seeks artists
The Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce will hold the 30th anniversary of Arts in the Park on Friday and Saturday, June 27 and 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Steamboat Landing Park on Belfast’s waterfront.
Arts in the Park is free and open to the public, and is produced by the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Belfast.
"For three decades, Arts in the Park has brought together talented Maine artists and fine crafters with thousands of visitors who come to experience high-quality, original, and locally made work," said the Chamber, in a news release.
The juried show features a wide range of media including ceramics, fiber, jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking, wood, stone, and more— "all in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking Belfast Harbor," said the Chamber.
“Arts in the Park has become a signature summer event for our community and a meaningful showcase for Maine artists,” said Dorothy Havey, Executive Director of the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce. “As we celebrate our 30th year, we’re especially excited to honor the creativity, craftsmanship, and community spirit that have defined this show since the beginning.”
