BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 20-27.
Arthur Michaels, 73, of Andover, operating under the influence in Palermo Jan. 1, 2019, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Jan. 1, 2019, $250 fine.
Brian W. Larrabee, 43, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Nov. 7, 2022, four months in jail and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast May 22, four months in jail and $400 fine.
Thatcher Jackson, 24, of Boothbay, probation violation in Monroe June 8, 2023, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Dennis W. Merry Jr., 37, of Brooks, probation violation in Searsport Oct. 20, 2023, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; four counts of violating a condition of release in Brooks Dec. 4, Dec. 5, Dec. 6, and Dec. 16, 30 days in jail for each count.
Arthur A. Stevens, 59, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville March 1, 2024, $400 fine.
Gregory H. Perkins, 36, of Swanville, forgery in Stockton Springs April 28, 2024, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 2, 2024, $250 fine; forgery in Belfast May 2, 2024, dismissed.
Laurent G. Bailey, 68, of Montville, operating under the influence in Knox Oct. 26, 2024, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Mandy Everett, 38, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 17, 2025, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 17, 2025, $250 fine.
Kornelius A. Wood, 32, of Belmont, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Searsmont March 11, unconditional discharge; driving to endanger in Searsmont March 11, dismissed.
Eric Dupray, 53, of Stockton Springs, criminal trespass in Winterport Aug. 2, dismissed.
Jonathan L. Bacon, 27, of Hallowell, operating under the influence in Searsport Aug. 14, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Brandi Reynolds, 44, of Unity, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Unity July 22, dismissed; driving to endanger in Unity July 22, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; reckless conduct in Unity July 22, $500 fine.
Christian P. Corson, 53, of Northport, reckless conduct in Prospect Oct. 9, dismissed; threatening display of a weapon in Prospect Oct. 9, dismissed.

David L. Scott, 71, of Belfast, operating a defective vehicle in Lincolnville Oct. 3, dismissed; driving to endanger in Lincolnville Oct. 3, dismissed.
Jeffrey Stump, 46, of Swanville, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Oct. 31, $400 fine for each count.
Brandon Maddocks, 31, of Washington, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Dec. 16, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Dec. 16, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 16, dismissed.
Rianna L. Morales, 24, of Warren, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Dec. 18, $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 18, $250 fine.
Stephen Moulton Jr., 37, of Jackson, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks Oct. 25, $150 fine.

Nicholas J. Goguen, 39, of Waldo, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Jan. 19, three days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Jan. 19, three days in jail.
Ralph H. Newbert, 60, of Searsport, shellfish harvesting license violation (commercial) in Stockton Springs Oct. 28, $300 fine.
