Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 9-29.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 9
Gabriel J.H. Tait, 19, of Holden, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Route 3 in Belfast.
April 21
Alisha L. Moulton, 38, of Belmont, was issued summonses for unlawfully furnishing a schedule Z drug and aggravated furnishing of a drug on Lincolnville Ave in Belmont, stemming from an incident March 21.
April 22
Albert M. Cavin, 41, of Swanville, was arrested for possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under age 12 and dissemination of sexually explicit material on Brook Road in Swanville, stemming from an incident April 7.
