Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 10-16.
Joseph Perry, 30, of Stockton Springs, unlawful sexual contact in Monroe Aug. 1, 2017, not guilty.
Robert M. Cushman III, 35, of Belmont, probation violation in Belmont Oct. 1, 2024, 250 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; domestic violence assault in Belmont March 30, dismissed; assault in Belmont March 30, eight months in jail and $300 fine.
Michael F. Michaud, 65, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Winterport Jan. 14, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Winterport Jan. 14, 10 days in jail.
Matthew C. Robinson, 45, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 26, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $600 fine.
Willow A. Cordes Eklund, 41, of Montville, criminal trespass in Belfast Jan. 9, dismissed; harassment in Belfast Jan. 12, dismissed.
Colby Kimball, 34, of Garland, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Waldo Dec. 3, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Dec. 3, 2024, $1,000 fine.
Robert Davis, 52, of Searsmont, violating a condition of release in Unity Feb. 24, dismissed.
Benjamin R. Bagley, 31, of Glenburn, domestic violence assault in Troy June 7, dismissed; criminal mischief in Troy June 7, dismissed.
Christopher M. Seekins, 32, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks April 4, $300 fine; two counts of criminal trespass in Brooks Sept. 7, and Sept. 9, $300 fine for each count, .
Nicholas A. Ledger, 34, of Freedom, domestic violence assault in Freedom July 16, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Freedom July 16, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Freedom July 16, dismissed.
Jiening Zhu, 28, of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty May 24, dismissed.
Seth T. Wilbur, 51, of Islesboro, untagged lobster traps (chapter five) in Islesboro Oct. 11, 2024, $250 fine.
Angela M. Chambers, 46, of Belmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Belmont Nov. 3, $50 fine.
