Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 10-16.
Normon W. Kirby, 59, of Montville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Montville Sept. 18, 2022, unconditional discharge.
Cole Pinkerton, 23, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks June 20, 2023, $750 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks June 20, 2023, $750 fine.
Amber Krumholz, 41, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks Feb. 9, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Brooks Feb. 9, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Ryan P. Dingley, 41, of Thorndike, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 30, 2024, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Thorndike Oct. 29, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.
Jason M. Haskell, 52, of Troy, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Burnham May 9, 2024, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Burnham May 9, 2024, dismissed.
Hunter Jones, 36, of Lincolnville, possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under age 12 in Lincolnville Aug. 25, 2021, four years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation.
Jacob McIntire, 33, of Frankfort, probation violation in Frankfort Nov. 8, 18 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; criminal mischief in Frankfort July 13, 21 days in jail and $750 restitution.
Thomas Herbest, 41, of Newburgh, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 2, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 2, $250 fine.
Troy W. Oliver, 27, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Frankfort Feb. 5, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Adella Russell, 51, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Northport Feb. 25, dismissed.
Brayden Laliberte, 19, of Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity March 22, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity March 22, $250 fine.
Jade Thomas, 28, of Belfast, assault on an officer in Belfast May 19, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast May 19, two days in jail.
