Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 12-18.

    Adrien L. Sanders, 37, of Rochester, New Hampshire, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 12, 2021, dismissed; illegal importation of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 12, 2021, 22 months in prison and $400 fine. 

    Bret A. Reid, 41, of Troy, domestic violence assault in Monroe Oct. 6, 2021, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Monroe Oct. 6, 2021, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Monroe Aug. 22, two years in prison with all but 260 days suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Monroe Aug. 22, 30 days in jail. 

    Timothy Jennings, 58, of Oxford, illegal possession of a firearm in Waldo County Sept. 12, 2021, dismissed. 

    Derek A. Pomeroy, 36, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs March 22, 2022, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs March 22, 2022, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Stockton Springs March 22, 2022, $150 fine. 

    Jason L. Brewster, 40, of Unity, burning prohibited material in Unity May 21, 2022, $100 fine. 

    Brett I. Graff, 54, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs July 24, dismissed.

    Adam G. King, 37, of Freedom, domestic violence assault in Freedom Dec. 21, dismissed. 

    Stephen Smith, 35, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Palermo Dec. 14, $150 fine. 

    James Coccia, 76, of Waterville, failure to register a vehicle in Stockton Springs Dec. 8, $100 fine. 

    Tyler J. Field, 22, of St. Albans, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Troy Nov. 12, $100 fine. 

    Darren K. Moulton, 57, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Searsport Nov. 10, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Gerald O. Stewart, 68, of Clinton, criminal trespass in Thorndike March 13, $200 fine. 

    Sigi Lu, 27, of Amherst, Massachusetts, domestic violence assault in Northport March 16, dismissed. 

    Tony Nevells Jr., 24, of Deer Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked in  Belfast Feb. 12, $250 fine. 

    Brittany Porter, 30, of Lewiston, violating a condition of release in Liberty Feb. 23, unconditional discharge. 

    Houston Mathis, 27, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 24, dismissed. 

    Stephen Smith, 35, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Knox March 6, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Knox March 6, dismissed. 

    Matthew Veilleux, 32, of Vassalboro, fishing violation of number, amount, weight, or size in Palermo Feb. 26, $150 fine. 

    David R. Holmes, 38, of South China, fishing violation of number, amount, weight, or size in Palermo Feb. 26, $150 fine.
