NEWCASTLE — The Lincoln County Recovery Community Center, located at 3 Hall St., Newcastle, will be holding its 5K road race on August 22, with sign in beginning at 8 a.m.

"We need volunteers to help this event run smoothly and we are sadly under the number of people we need," said Lincoln County Recovery Community Center, in a news release.
