The Rockland Harbor Trail Committee, in conjunction with the Maine State Credit Union, invites everyone to a FREE community BBQ at the Fourth Annual Name-Tag Day. The fun will take place on Sunday, Sept. 27, from 12 - 2 p.m., rain or shine, at Sandy Beach Park.

 

“We’re so grateful to the Maine State Credit Union for their continued support of this family-friendly, fun event,” said Rockland Harbor Trail Committee Co-Chair Annette Naegel, in a news release. “This day provides a wonderful opportunity to come out and meet and greet our neighbors along with their favorite pets. We all look forward to what has become one of our favorite days of the year: meeting each other while enjoying a BBQ in the Maine fall weather.”

 

All are invited, including well-mannered dogs, cats, and humans. Attendees are asked to bring their own beverages and chairs. Side dishes or a favorite dessert are welcome as well.
