Vassalboro Days to feature art exhibit by T. S. Eaton
As part of the much-anticipated Vassalboro Days celebration, artist T.S. Eaton, an Oak Grove-Coburn alumnus, will present a special art exhibition at the Oak Grove Chapel.
The showing will highlight Eaton’s representational works — paintings that capture the spirit of landscapes and places that feel both familiar and timeless. Known for his mastery of light, atmosphere, and composition, Eaton’s art invites viewers to step into scenes that evoke memory, imagination, and a deep connection to the natural world.
Admission is free and open to the public.
In support of education and local heritage, 30% of all art sales will benefit the Oak Grove School Foundation, ensuring that the exhibit not only celebrates the arts but also contributes to the future of the community that shaped Eaton’s early years.
“Art is not only something to be admired but experienced,” Eaton said. “Returning to Oak Grove Chapel for this exhibit is both an honor and a homecoming — an opportunity to share my journey and give back.”
