FRANKFORT — By a vote of 288 to 282, voters in Frankfort narrowly defeated a municipal warrant article that would have allowed medical and adult use marijuana cultivation, manufacturing facilities and dispensaries in compliance with the Maine ‘opt-in” policies to operate in town.
