BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 1-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 3
Noah L. Kimball, 37, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (90+ days beyond expiration) on Depot Street in Unity.
Mary I. Austin, 52, of Wilton, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Kingfisher Lane in Unity.
June 8
Trey Harford, 33, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating beyond license class on Red Barn Road in Monroe.
June 13
Sara C. Meserve, 26, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit on Weymouth Road in Morrill.
