BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 20-25.
Siqi Lu, 29, of Amherst, Massachusetts, domestic violence criminal threatening in Northport Dec. 19, 2022, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Northport Dec. 19, 2022, dismissed.
Shawn M. O’Brien, 39, of Waldo, probation violation in Northport July 31, 2023, probation continued, no sentence imposed; two counts of operating after registration suspended in Belfast Jan. 9, and Feb. 11, $150 fine for each count.
Riley C. Porter, 28, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 4, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in Winterport Dec. 4, 2023, license suspended for 30 days and $800 fine.
Laurie A. Harvey, 39, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 24, 2024, 72 hours in jail and $830.42 restitution.
Kira Sweetland, 37, of Morrill, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast June 23, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 23, 2024, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County June 23, 2024, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County June 23, 2024, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 28, 2024, five years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast Aug. 7, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 7, seven days in jail.
Emily Belden, 42, of Unity, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 9, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 9, $400 fine.
Elizabeth M. Holman, 59, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Nov. 5, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast April 21, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 21, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 14, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 14, 14 days in jail.
Holly Inman, 48, of Brooks, operating after registration suspended in Brooks Jan. 5, $75 fine.
Brittany J. Heath, 32, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Belfast March 28, dismissed.
Scott Wiseman, 28, of Belmont, violating a protection from harassment order in Morrill March 31, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Morrill March 31, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill March 31, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Morrill May 4, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Morrill May 25, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Morrill May 25, 45 days in jail.

Michelle Cogswell, 43, of Swanville, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast April 1, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 2, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.
Cameron B. Philbrook, 49, of Searsport, unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast May 6, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 6, dismissed.
Casey A. Spaulding, 27, of Stockton Springs, violating a protection order in Thorndike May 11, unconditional discharge.
