The Midcoast Community Chorus (MCC) is starting its 2025 fall semester and invites all community members to join MCC for a season of music, camaraderie, and fun.

"Whether you have never been in a chorus before, are a seasoned singer, or just love to sing in the shower, MCC warmly welcomes everyone," said MCC. 

No auditions are required and every musical skill level is welcome. Weekly rehearsals are on Monday nights from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., at the First Congregational Church in Camden.

Important Information:

• Registration Dates: Monday, September 15, 22, and 29

• Time: 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM followed by rehearsal from 6:30 - 8:30 PM

• Location: Camden First Congregational Church, 55 Elm Street, Camden, Maine 04843

During registration, optional brief voice checks will be conducted to help place you in the right section. After registration, there will be a welcome orientation starting at 6:30 p.m. followed by the first rehearsal. Dues are $85 for the semester, and scholarships are available.

Sheet music is provided and educational music workshops will be offered during the semester, which will culminate in a local concert on January 25, 2026, at 3 p.m., at the Strom Auditorium, Camden Hills Regional High School.
