Knox Clinic hosts free community workshop: Keep Your Hands and Arms Healthy

The session will be led by Sue Michlovits, PT, PhD, FAPTA, a physical therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity consultation. Designed for people who rely heavily on their hands and arms in daily life, this workshop is ideal for professionals, retirees, musicians, artists, and anyone whose work or hobbies involve frequent hand and arm use, according to Knox Clinic, in a news release.
During the session, participants will learn:
