ROCKPORT — Cushing Community School’s Friends & Family group is holding a fundraiser on March 31, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Flatbread Pizza in Rockport. The mission of the Friends & Family group is to support students and enhance their educational experience at CCS.

According to the group, in a news release, all proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the students, allowing each student to purchase a book of their choice during the school’s upcoming book fair in April. A percentage of every pizza sold, dine-in and take-out, goes to the school group.

Along with pizza, the Friends & Family group will also be selling tickets for some fun-themed raffle baskets and will be accepting donations, as well.
