BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 28 - Oct. 20.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 28

Daniel A. Villacci, 18, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Cedar Street.

Oct. 12

Willow Cordes-Eklund, 42, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Smart Road. 

Oct. 15

Rebecca Curtis, 33, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Oct. 17

Stephen Lattimer, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Marsh Road.
