Belfast — Police reported the following activity Dec. 28 - Jan. 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 28
Anthony W. Glidden, 60, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
Dec. 31
Eric M. Paquin, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening, and violating a condition of release on Back Belmont Ave.
Joshua Hustus, 48, of Searsport, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Church Street.
Dakota Hustus, 38, of Searsport, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Church Street.
Jan. 1
Steven Woodbury, 70, was arrested for criminal trespass on Main Street.
Jan. 2
Kenneth Moores, 45, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault on Swan Lake Ave.
