Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 4-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 4
Rebecca Billings, 55, of Montville, was issued summonses for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Ave., stemming from incidents Jan. 25, and Jan. 21.
Feb. 21
Victoria Burns, 37, of Appleton, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
Feb. 22
Randy Elwell, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for solicitation of a child to commit a prohibited act on Lawler Lane.
Feb. 23
Dakota D. Hustus, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Ryan Road.
Feb. 24
Jacob McFarland, 31, of Lincolnville, was arrested for creating a police standoff, violating a condition of release, domestic violence terrorizing, and domestic violence criminal threatening on Searsport Ave.
Feb. 27
Thomas Scott, 33, of Knox, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on City Point Road.
Heidi Resh, 44, of Searsport, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on City Point Road.
Jason McAllister, 41, of Brooks, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on City Point Road.
