BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 18-24.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 18

Zaccaria W. Herbest, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Sidney W. Harris, 38, of Rockland, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear.  

Nov. 20

Shae R. Garton, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Maine Street.
