BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 11-17.
Cameron Boobar, 21, of Maxfield, eluding an officer in Winterport Sept. 9, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Winterport Sept. 9, 2022, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Sept. 9, 2022, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport Sept. 9, 2022, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Winterport Sept. 9, 2022, $500 fine.
Travis F. Dennison, 36, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 28, 2023, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 28, 2023, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 28, 2023, 10 days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Feb. 27, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Feb. 27, 48 hours in jail.
Dianne C. Tilton, 65, of Auburn, operating under the influence in Montville April 10, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in Montville April 10, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Devin E. Hayden, 33, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Swanville Jan. 19, 2023, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Tyler J. Quimby, 28, of Hartland, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity Jan. 10, $150 fine.
Guillermo O. Bermudez, 22, of Trenton, operating without a license in Belfast March 15, $150 fine.
Phillip C.B. Blake, 37, of Waldo, domestic violence terrorizing in Unity June 26, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Unity June 26, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; violating a protection from harassment order in Unity June 28, dismissed.
Adam E. Ratterree, 43, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Thorndike June 15, $250 fine and $402.09 restitution.
Brian W. Knight, 51, of Freedom, violating a condition of release in Knox Oct. 11, 48 hours in jail.
