    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 2-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    June 11 (late entry)

    Norman A. Stacey, 65, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waterville Road.

    July 2

    Krystal A. Robbins, 28, of Brooks, was issued summonses for speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone and operating after habitual offender revocation on Searsport Ave. 

    July 3

    Stacy Bly, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Footbridge Road.

    Ethan J. Ekberg, 20, of Westford, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor via consumption on Front Street.

    July 4

    Troy Bryant, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Field Street. 

    Jason D. Ames, 34, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on High Street. 

    Joshua D. Solebello, 39, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child on Route 3. 

    July 6

    Raynold J. Newburry, 25, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal mischief, terrorizing, disorderly conduct, and indecent conduct on Mill Lane.

    July 9

    Jean Marie Howard, 22, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Lincolnville Ave.

    Tyler J. Damon, 28, was arrested for criminal mischief at Waldo County General Hospital. 

    July 10

    David J. Riley, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Main Street.

    Jennifer A. Rowan, 46, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear. 

    July 11

    Ryan Treholm, 36, of Searsport, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, failure to give notice of an accident via quickest means, and refusing to sign a Uniform Summons and Complaint on Route 1. 

    John F. Stauble, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating beyond permit restrictions on Belmont Ave. 

    Toni L. Fowler, 43, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Waldo Ave.

    July 15

    Laurie Allen, 57, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Seaview Terrace. 

    Joseph F. McFadden, 18, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating under the influence (of drugs) on Route 1 in Belfast.
