Lang makes Windjammer wrestling history, Andrews makes lasting impression
On Saturday, Feb. 24, Noah Lang became the first Camden Hills wrestler to win the All-States New England Qualifier. This season, he won the Noble, KVAC, Regional, State and All-State Tournaments.
Eric Andrews was the only other Camden Hills wrestler to qualify for and compete in this tournament. Eric won his first match by defeating the second-seeded Class B state runner up. While Eric did not end up placing, it is an amazing achievement for a freshman and one that is 10-plus pounds under the 106 pound weight class.
