Camden Hills hosts Special Olympics track meet

Saturday, May 12, 2018 - 02:29 pm

ROCKPORT — Camden Hills Regional High School hosted the Knox, Lincoln and Waldo County Special Olympics track meet Friday, May 11.

The meet was open to Olympians of all ages, “who had a great time,” said Camden Hills Athletic Director Steve Alex in a Facebook post.

Alex noted the meet director was Anna Alley, who was supported by “lots of great volunteers” including Camden Hills students and staff, members of West Bay Rotary and local law enforcement, as well as the U.S. Coast Guard.
