ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Nov. 9-13. The Unified Criminal Court is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

Trevor Bates, 21, of Cushing, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine; minor transporting liquor, dismissed.

Elijah C. Burnham, 26, of Waldoboro, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Richard Butler, 36, of Rockland, violating condition of release, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Alexis M. Colson, 18, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Christopher F. Cummings, 46, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation two years.

Richard Drew, 29, of Windham, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

William Geary, 62, of Portland, criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail.

Tia M. Gregory, 25, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Sasah D. Groton, 25, of South Thomaston, failure to register motor vehicle, $150 fine.

Jonah D. Haggett, 37, of Appleton, operating under the influence, $750 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Krysti Hallett, 32, of Rockland, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 270 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

Angelica D. Hickman, 19, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Keagan R. Ilvonen, 24, of Steep Falls, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Autumn M. Larrondo, 19, of South Thomaston, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Matthew J. Leigh, 19, of Washington, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Craig A. Luce, 29, of Warren, littering, $250 fine; $452.84 restitution.

Jeromey O. McPhee, 36, of Waldoboro, possession of softshell clams less than two inch, 10-20%, $100 fine.

Corey B. Moholland, 47, of Rockland, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-conditions and restrictions, seven days in jail.

Kenneth Neild Jr., 23, of Waldoboro, burglary, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation three years, $1064.80 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; stealing drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail.

Ryan Newbert, 19, of South Thomaston, minor possessing liquor, $600 fine.

Jossilyn M. Robbins, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

Brian J. Scorr, 51, of St. George, violation of lobster crab fishing rule, chapter 25, $250 fine.

Taylor A. Shields, 21, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Chad E. Sproul, 39, of Warren, engaging in activities while suspended, $750 fine.

Nanci L. Stanley, 31, of Washington, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all suspended, probation one year.

Miller Miranda Struk, 25, of Warren, allowing dog to be at large, $50.

Thomas G. Walker, 41, of Pemaquid, failure to register motor vehicle, $100 fine.

Minnieann Wigmore, 52, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized theft or deception, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation six months.
