Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Nov. 2-6.
Owen R. Adair, 24, of Vinalhaven, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years probation, $1,508 restitution; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Ruth H. Crandall, 46, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of schedule drug, dismissed.
Joshua M. Croteau, 24, of Biddeford, two counts, trafficking in prison contraband, two years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Anthony Langille, 47, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, two years probation.
Paul A. Milardo, 42, of Thomaston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Megan Owen, 34, of Brunswick, theft by deception, seven days in jail, $4,786.50 restitution.
