Rockport Police beat: Marijuana possession, attaching false plates
ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Oct. 28-Nov. 2. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Oct. 28
James Oliver, 52, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation; insurance violation.
Earl Gammon, 59, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle, 30-150 days.
Robin Thompson, 52, of Winslow, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Michele A. Janes, 69, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.
Christian Dehlinger, 58, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for inspection violation.
Oct. 29
Brinkley Thorne, 70, of West Palm Beach, Fla., was issued a summons by Plaisted for inspection violation.
Oct. 30
Angela Polky, 26, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for insurance violation.
Morgan Pelky, 24, of South China, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Angie Dugan, 39, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for speeding 33 mph in a 15 mph zone; insurance violation.
Oct. 31
Asa Thompson, 30, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
Kenneth Spear, 26, of Augusta, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for attaching false plates.
Nov. 1
Benjamin Smith, 57, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension; operating with an expired license.
Bryan Clement, 18, of Camden, was issues a summons by Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Nov. 2
Dallas Martin, 29, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
