Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Oct. 19-31.
Kevin Defoe, 26, of Belmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Aimee C. Faulkingham, 32, of Cushing, operating under the influence, two priors, $1100.00 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Fern R. Gordon, 56, of West Rockport, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
Tracey L. Gossell, 48, of Acworth, Ga., forgery, dismissed; theft by deception, five months in jail.
Megan Owen, 34, of Brunswick, theft by deception, seven days in jail, $4786.50 restitution.
Ryan Rairdon, 26, of Union, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation two years.
Zachary S. Rein, 31, of Spruce Head, gross sexual assault, 18 years in jail with all but seven years suspended, probation six years; gross sexual assault, six years in jail.
Kevin T. Richards, 25, of South Thomaston, probation violation, three counts, original conviction for operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
