ROCKLAND — A graveside celebration of life service for Dorothy Isabelle Stevens, 92, who died, May 4, 2015, in Fleming Island, Fla., will be held Thursday, Aug. 6 at 11 a.m. at Achorn Cemetery in Rockland. The Rev. Seth D. Jones will officiate.
All are invited to a reception, immediately following the service, at Rockland Congregational Church, 180 Limerock St.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Abiding Memorial Fund, c/o Rockland Congregational Church, P.O. Box 554, Rockland, ME 04841; or Pope Memorial Humane Society, P.O. Box 1294, Rockland, ME 04841.
Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home.
