Milton E. Clark, obituary
CAMDEN — Milton Edward Clark, 84, of Camden, died Nov. 28, 2013, at Anderson Inn at Quarry Hill in Camden. Born in Washington Oct. 15, 1929, he was the son of Willard and Marion (Boynton) Clark and was a graduate of Waldoboro High School.
Milton's early employment included working as a mechanic at Boynton Chevrolet in Camden, owning his own pulp wood business and as a truck driver for Dragon Cement Products. For many years, he owned and operated Robbins Fuel and Trucking Business with his son, Wayne Clark. In more recent years, he had transported blueberries, fish and other products from Maine in his trucking business.
Milton loved to go fishing and hunting at his camp in Beddington. Many stories were told from his adventures. He loved his black Labrador dogs, having raised them as pups, and Crystal was his devoted companion until her golden years. He was an avid gardener and could be found taking care of his vegetable gardens and his orchard. His other favorite hobby was watching and following NASCAR. He will be missed and loved forever by all who knew him.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruth Mae Clark; and his daughter, Linda Clark. Surviving is his wife, Marguerite "Peggy" Harwood Clark of Camden; his daughter, Pamela Beveridge and her husband, Curt; of Sidney; his son, Wayne Clark and his wife, Patti; of Camden; his grandchildren, Krisin Ruzzi and her husband, Vincent, Jennifer Churchill and her husband, Jody, Joshua Beveridge and his wife, Lauren, Kimberly Williams and her husband, Sheldon Maine, Nicole Denis and her husband, Michael, and Jamie Clark; his great-grandchildren, John, Michael and Alex Ruzzi, Aaron and Megan Churchill, Jack and Henry Maine, and Joshua and Mia Denis. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Richard Harwood Jr. and Mark Harwood, both of Camden, Ron Harwood of Appleton, and Barbara VonSaltza and her husband, Erik, of Rockport; his step-grandchildren, Nick VonSaltza and his fiancé, Melanie Esancy, Erika VonSaltza and her fiancé, Chris Pearson, Aidan Kaczyski and Michael Kelly; and his former daughter-in-law, Patti William Brissette and her husband.
