Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 12-18.
Trey Knof, 26, of Newcastle, gross sexual assault in Belfast Dec. 25, 2019, nine months in jail; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast Jan. 7, 2020, nine months in jail; unlawful sexual touching in Belfast Nov. 28, 2019, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Damariscotta May 23, 2020, seven days in jail.
Kaitlin Baker, 27, of Hope, domestic violence assault in Waldo Dec. 20, 2020, dismissed.
Stephen Parece, 36, of Appleton, violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 13, 48 hours in jail
Nathaniel Pritchette, 26, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 2, dismissed.
Crystal G. Cunningham, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 7, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport March 7, $250 fine.
Finn K. Morgan, 22, of Rockport, operating under the influence in Belfast June 11, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast June 11, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Ashley L. Boivin, 37, of Waterville, criminal trespassing in Unity June 20, $100 fine.
Logan Lovering, 21, of Troy, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Unity April 11, $500 fine.
Roger Tripp Jr., 47, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 13, $250 fine.
Robert Mehuren, 60, of Dixmont, unsworn falsification in Unity Nov. 15, $750 fine.
Joshua R. Kimball, 23, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 29, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 29, 48 hours in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast July 7, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 10, 48 hours in jail.
