BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 17-22.
Joshua Breault, 44, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Nov. 19, 2021, four days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Robert M. Cushman III, 34, of Belmont, burglary in Unity Nov. 21, 2023, dismissed; criminal mischief in Unity Nov. 21, 2023, 90 days in jail and $5,000 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belmont Feb. 16, 110 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belmont Feb. 16, 110 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 9, 30 days in jail; criminal threatening in Belmont Oct. 1, three years in prison with all but 110 days suspended, two years of probation, and $5,000 restitution; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belmont Oct. 1, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belmont Oct. 1, 30 days in jail.
Rowan Kandra, 26, of Belfast, intentionally endangering the welfare of a dependent person in Belfast April 10, dismissed.
Monique Kandra, 62, of Belfast, intentionally endangering the welfare of a dependent person in Belfast April 10, dismissed.
Matthew D. Hogan, 32, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Belfast Aug. 19, 20 days in jail; illegal possession of a firearm in Brooks Nov. 18, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Nov. 18, dismissed.
Thomas D. Noble, 52, of Carmel, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted speed limit in Belfast July 6, not guilty.
Raymond Brown, 22, of Belfast, harassment by telephone in Belfast July 29, $300 fine.
Michael W. Bailey, 41, of Camden, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 17, $250 fine.
Lisa Paige, 58, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Searsport Nov. 25, $100 fine.
Daryl S. Roberts, 41, of Belfast, failing to stop, remain, and provide information in Belfast Nov. 25, $300 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 25, $250 fine.
Kyle L. Downs, 32, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 6, $300 fine.
Richard Gainer, 39, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 16, $300 fine and $10.19 restitution.
Levi Westover, 31, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Jan. 17, four days in jail and $400 fine.
True W. Bragg, 36, of Searsmont, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Searsmont Nov. 2, $500 fine.
