BELFAST — Joy L. MacDonald, 40, passed away in Belfast on October 25, 2021. She was born in Belfast on May 20, 1981 to John and Janna (Flanders) MacDonald.  

Joy is predeceased by her father, John MacDonald; and lovingly survived by her mother, Janna; brother, John; and sisters Jessica, Jenny and Shawna.

There will be a celebration of Joy’s life, Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at her sister’s house, located at 378 Belmont Avenue, in Belfast, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. All are welcome and the family requests that donations to the Belfast Soup Kitchen be made in lieu of flowers.
