ROCKLAND- Clarke Gallery, 338 Main St., Rockland will be opening May 31 and will present "Who We Are,” an exhibition of works by 20th century African American artists.
Artists represented in the show will include Hughie Lee-Smith, Walter Williams, Romare Bearden, John Wilson, Felrath Hines, Sam Gilliam, Cheryl Warrick, Laura Waring, William H. Johnson, Marion Perkins, Alvin Loving, Betye Saar, Richard Mayhew, Charles Alston and others.
"Who We Are" will be on exhibit until July 3.
