BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 15 - Aug. 6.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 15
William Davenport, 69, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Moosehead Trail in Jackson.
July 22
Robert Larrabee, 47, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after license revocation on N Searsport Road in Searsport.
July 28
Ryan Flannery, 40, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.
Amanda Ryan, 41, of Monroe, was issued summons for operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Prospect.
July 29
Wesley Mott, 45, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Nickerson Road in Swanville.
July 31
Michael C. Suchevich, 41, of Northport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Beech Hill Road in Northport.
Aug. 4
Matthieu E. Eluziario, 32, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Augusta Road in Belmont.
