BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 2 - July 16.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 2
Xavier Towne, 20, of Monroe, was issued summonses for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit and violating a condition of release on Route 141 in Monroe.
July 1
Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 39, of Unity was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity.
July 4
Joshua Grant, 36, of Albion, was arrested for operating under the influence on Bangor Road in Troy.
July 9
A Hampden minor was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage crash, operating after suspension, possession of alcohol by a minor, operating under the influence, and assault.
July 10
Lia R. Frazee, 21, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle on Brock Road in Searsport.
July 12
Jamie Kersey, 48, of Winterport, was arrested for assault on N. Main Street in Winterport.
Shawn Tracy, 52, of Unity, was arrested for disorderly conduct and domestic violence terrorizing on Arbor Lane in Unity.
July 13
Jacob McIntire, 33, of Frankfort, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief and violating a condition of release on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
July 15
Nicholas Parker, 37, of Belmont, was issued a summons for theft of services on Greer Road in Morrill.
