    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed down by a Waldo County Grand Jury May 18-19. An indictment does not indicate guilt. 

    James W. Mylen Jr., 30, of Winterport, receiving stolen property in Winterport April 7, 2020; violation of a condition of release in Winterport April 7, 2020. 

    Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 35, of Thorndike, domestic violence terrorizing in Thorndike April 13. 

    William F. Atwood, 44, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 10; forgery in Belfast Oct. 10. 

    Gavin D. Cross, 39, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 7. 

    Jonathan B. Crowe, 38, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Waldo County Nov. 2 and Nov. 29; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Feb. 1; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Feb. 4; violating a condition of release in Waldo County Feb. 1; operating after revocation in Belfast Feb. 15; violation of a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 15. 

    Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 33, of Northport, burglary in Belmont April 17; criminal mischief in Belmont April 17; refusing to submit to arrest in Belmont April 17; violation of a condition of release in Belmont April 17; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belmont April 17.

    Alic Flagg, 18, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Swanville April 30; assault in Swanville April 30.

    Michael L. Gray, 40, of Swanville, criminal operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 4; operating beyond license condition or restriction in Belfast Feb. 4. 

    Trey Knof, 24, of New Castle, gross sexual assault in Belfast Dec. 25 2019; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast Jan. 7, 2020. 

    Ross Liberty, 28, of Fairfield, burglary in Swanville March 30; theft by unauthorized takingin Swanville March 30; violation of a condition of release in Swanville March 30; theft by unauthorized taking in Jackson Sept. 28. 

    Marshall H. Lowe, 57, of Jackson, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Waldo County Oct. 1 and Nov. 4. 

    Lindsey N. Milliken, 36, of Jackson, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Waldo County Nov. 16. 

    Jeffery H. Dorr Jr., 40, of Warren, negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts) in Belfast July 28 and April 11. 

    Jesse W. Reed, 37, of Sangerville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Waldo County April 11. 

    Donald H. Resh, 45, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast March 26; violation of a condition of release in Belfast March 26. 

    Albert J. Russell, 37, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast April 10; assault in Belfast April 10; violation of a condition of release in Belfast April 10. 

    Liz Maria Seda Libby, 26, of Morrill, driving to endanger (two counts) in Belfast Oct. 25. 

    Leland C. Shattuck, 55, of Belmont, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belmont March 19; domestic violence assault in Belmont March 19. 

    Joshua M. Smith, 31, of Orland, criminal operating under the influence in Prospect Sept. 7; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Prospect Sept. 7; operating after suspension in Prospect Sept. 7. 

    Craig L. Sullivan, 31, of Monroe, violation of Sex Offender Registration in Monroe Sept. 11. 

    Imma Thomas, 21, of Monroe, domestic violence assault in Winterport April 6’ theft by unauthorized taking in Winterport April 6. 

    Robert Vellaro, 44, of Belmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Searsport Sept. 26; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Belmont March 16; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belmont March 16; illegal possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Belmont March 16; violation of a condition of release in Belmont March 16. 

    Victor O. Young, 65, of Searsport, aggravated assault in Searsport Feb. 3. 

    Diana R. Blood, 35, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast April 10; assault in Belfast April 10.
