Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 15-21.

    Alex Small, 41, of Bangor, probation violation in Winterport Jan. 20, 2019, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Ryan Lawrence, 42, of Camden, operating under the influence in Belfast April 18, 2020, six months in jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Michael R. Ames, 38, of Northport, probation violation in Stockton Springs Feb. 28, 2021, 364 days in jail and probation revoked; negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Feb. 28, 2021, one year in prison and $2,550 restitution; theft by deception in Belfast Feb. 28, 2021, one year in prison; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 28, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 28, unconditional discharge. 

    Edward Dilling, 32, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport Sept.8, 2022, dismissed; reckless conduct in Winterport Sept. 8, 2022, $250 fine. 

    Lyle Hanson, 34, of Belfast, probation violation in Liberty Nov. 19, 2022, five months 23 days in jail and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Jackson July 23, two years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Jackson July 23, 48 hours in jail. 

    Christopher Peppers, 37, of Searsport, violating a protection from abuse order in Monroe Feb. 14, six months in jail; burglary in Lincolnville June 9, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville June 9, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville June 9, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville June 9, six months in jail; criminal trespass in Lincolnville June 8, six months in jail; criminal mischief in Lincolnville June 8, six months in jail and $98.14 restitution; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville June 8, six months in jail; theft of services in Lincolnville June 8, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont May 22, nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont May 22, six months in jail and $150 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 19, six months in jail. 

    Hayden D. Ratner, 35, of Unity, eluding an officer in Montville May 29, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Montville May 29, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Montville May 29, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Montville May 29, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity Sept. 29, 30 days in jail.

    Nathan Z. Chauvin, 34, of Thorndike, aggravated forgery in Knox Oct. 12, 2022, dismissed; aggravated misstatement of a fact in Knox Oct. 12, 2022, $300 fine. 

    Eva M. Peterson, 27, of Holden, criminal mischief in Belfast July 7, dismissed. 

    Eric M. Paquin, 33, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville June 3, $200 fine.

    Johanna C. Peterson, 47, of Northport, domestic violence assault in Belfast July 25, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast July 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 25, dismissed. 

    Dale H. Curtis, 62, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Palermo July 14, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine.

    Leann M. Dorman, 24, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Oct. 17, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.

    Corey Caulkins, 44, of Winterport, violating a protection order in Monroe Nov. 24, 20 days in jail; violating a protection order in Winterport Dec. 5, six months in jail with all but 20 days suspended and one year of probation; violating a condition of release in Winterport Dec. 5, 20 days in jail.
