Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 16-21. 

    Nathaniel Cowperthwaite, 26, of Thomaston, operating after registration suspended in Northport Oct. 30, $150 fine. 

    William R. Snow, 52, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a fentanyl powder in Belfast May 5, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast May 5, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 5, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 5, dismissed. 

    Michael Robbins, 40, of Hancock, attaching false plates in Prospect March 21, 24 hours in jail. 

    Anthony L. Gathright, 20, of Winterport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport July 16, $150 fine. 

    Joe Potter, 31, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks July 24, $500 fine. 

    Phillip C. Russell, 51, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Searsport July 31, $400 fine. 

    Ryan S. Trenholm, 38, of Orland, two counts of assault in Belfast Sept. 4, both dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast Sept. 4, dismissed.
