Jeffrey J. Harvey, 61, of Jackson, probation violation in Thorndike July 4, 2018, 60 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Steven E. Pomerleau, 52, of Unity, criminal mischief in Troy Dec. 5, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Troy Dec. 5, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Troy Dec. 5, dismissed.
Tommy A.W. Hewins, 37, of Burnham aggravated assault in Burnham March 1, two years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; terrorizing in Burnham March 1, unconditional discharge.
Joanne Benner, 56, of Northport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport March 28, dismissed.
Tiffany Hart, 34, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville May 4, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Lincolnville May 4, dismissed.
Anthony Glidden, 57, of Belfast, domestic violence stalking in Frankfort June 19, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 19, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Frankfort June 17, 15 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Frankfort June 17, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 17, 10 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 11, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 10, nine months in jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 10, 10 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Aug. 17, 10 days in jail.
Zecariah Curtis, 18, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Swanville June 4, dismissed.
Tyler R. Ginn, 26, of Winterport, violating a condition of release in Frankfort Aug. 31, 48 hours in jail.
