BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 5-11. 

Richard J. Cornell, 36, of Wayland, Massachusetts, obstructing the report of a crime in Northport Aug. 31, 2019, $500 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport Aug. 31, 2019, $500 fine. 

Tamara L. Dalton, 41, of Moodus, Connecticut, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 15, 2019, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 15, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Andrew C. Trammell, 22, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Jan. 18, 2020, dismissed. 

Dale McFarlin, 55, of Frankfort, terrorizing in Belfast March 25, 2021, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Frankfort March 25, dismissed.

John E. Ingraham, 37, of Knox, reckless operation of an ATV in Montville Oct. 20, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but four months suspended and one year of administrative release; operating an ATV to endanger in Montville Oct. 20, 2019, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Freedom July 22, 2021, six months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Freedom July 22, 2021, unconditional discharge. 

Skyler Mitchell, 27, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham June 9, 2021, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Liam MacMillian, 22, of Stockton Springs, shooting from a motor vehicle in Winterport May 6, 2021, dismissed.

Rodney A. Lesan, 53, of Morrill, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 6, dismissed.

Craig L. Talgo, 41, of Prospect, operating an ATV under the influence in Searsport Sept. 22, dismissed. 

Taylor M. Hustus, 30, of Union, violating a condition of release in Swanville March 20, unconditional discharge. 

Benjamin W. Staples, 29, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast May 22, $300 fine. 

Ryan H. Leeman, 46, of Palermo, violating a protection from abuse order in Palermo June 3, 48 hours in jail.
