Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 29 - Aug. 4.

    Thomas Tracey, 55, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Searsmont Aug. 3, 2019, 12 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine. 

    Hart Putnam, 23, of Hermon, two counts of driving to endanger in Monroe Sept 25, and in Thorndike Sept. 21, both dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Thorndike Sept. 21, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thorndike Jan. 15, 2021, dismissed.

    Travis N. Carson, 47, of Brooks, driving to endanger in Belfast Jan. 24, dismissed.

    Wyatt Lucas, 19, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast June 11, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; minor consuming liquor in Belfast June 11, $200 fine. 

    Kyle Anderson, 29, of Unity, operating a vehicle without a license in Troy June 4, $150 fine.

    Ty Ann L. Bailey, 23, of Prospect, fishing without a valid license in Belfast May 29, $100 fine. 

    Phyllip Stevens, 22, of Prospect, fishing without a valid license in Belfast May 29, $100 fine.

    Roger Tripp Jr., 49, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Swanville May 29, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 29, $500 fine.
