    BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 8-14. 

    Edward R. Mylen III, 42, of Bangor, probation violation in Belfast March 21, 2016, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Joshua M. Perry, 40, of Prospect, probation violation in Searsmont July 20, 2018, probation continued and no sentence imposed; probation violation in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, 2020, probation continued and no sentence imposed. 

    Stephen M. Browne, 35, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport June 19, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Winterport June 20, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    William E.T. Hiley, 48, of Washington, D.C., operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 7, 2020, dismissed. 

    Mark E. Allen Jr., 48, of Hampden, domestic violence assault in Winterport May 30, dismissed. 

    Kathleen Flynn, 55, of Thomaston, criminal trespass in Lincolnville April 21, 2021, dismissed. 

    Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast July 12, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Jakob S. Gregory, 21, of Bar Harbor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, $500 fine; operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license  in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, unconditional discharge; minor consuming liquor in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, $200 fine. 

    Joshua W. Gross, 47, of Morrill, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Aug. 24, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Aug. 24, three years in prison with all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 24, 10 days in jail. 

    Zachary S. Haley, 25, of Knox, gross sexual assault in Knox July 1, 12 years in prison with all but four years suspended and four years of probation; gross sexual assault in Knox July 1, four years in prison. 

    John L. Phillips, 43, of Enfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Sept. 18, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Sept. 18, 90 days in jail. 

    Devon Danforth, 23, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence criminal threatening in Stockton Springs Aug. 19, dismissed. 

    Anne Marie Rovito, 53, of Liberty, domestic violence assault in Liberty Nov. 1, dismissed; criminal mischief in Liberty Nov. 1, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Liberty Nov. 1, 72 hours in jail. 

    Shelly Wilbur, 59, of Frankfort, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort Aug. 5, dismissed. 

    Ronnie R. Parker, 37, of Winterport, domestic violence criminal threatening in Frankfort Nov. 21, dismissed; criminal mischief in Frankfort Nov. 21, 72 hours in jail.

    Robert W. Day, 57, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 2, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 2, $150 fine. 

    Fawn K. Rackliffe, 37, of Howland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Sept. 18, $700 fine and $1,000 restitution. 

    Zachary Rogers, 41, of Hope, domestic violence assault in Northport Dec. 7, dismissed. 

    Joseph McBride, 33, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 1, 364 days in jail with all but 17 days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, $1,000 fine, and $3,168.63 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 1, $250 fine.

    Jason Lenfest, 48, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 1, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 14, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; attaching false plates in Frankfort Nov. 14, dismissed. 

    Jesse L. Witherell, 45, of Montville, operating under the influence in Searsmont Dec. 21, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Dec. 21, dismissed. 

    Haden F. Campbell, 30, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 8, dismissed. 

     Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 11, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Jan. 11, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 11, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine. 

    Joshua M. Pomeroy, 33, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Nov. 14, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Nov. 14, unconditional discharge. 

    Reinaldo J. Delgado, 26, of Hartford, Connecticut, criminal mischief in Brooks March 7, dismissed.

    Albert I. Aldus, 84, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Feb. 9, $100 fine. 

    Draven Barter, 24, of Phippsburg, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Dec. 25, $250 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Monroe Dec. 25, $150 fine. 

    Dana C. Chuprevich, 63, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 3, dismissed. 

    David A. Giguere, 56, of Brooks, misuse of identification in Brooks April 1, 2018, dismissed. 

    Jon Turi, 28, of Hudson Falls, New York, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Jan. 28, dismissed. 

    June A. Walton, 45, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked Frankfort Aug. 14, dismissed. 

    Shauna M. Pomeroy, 37, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs Oct. 28, $100 fine.
