Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 22-29. 

    Christopher Beeton, 33, of Jackson, probation violation in Jackson July 1, 2016, two years in prison and probation partially revoked; failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Morrill Feb. 24, 30 days in jail. 

    Gregory A. Stevens Jr., 26, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, seven days in jail. 

    Katelin N. Juszkiewicz, 27, of Belfast, operating under the influence involving injury in Belfast Sept. 17, 2020, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, and $2,100 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast Sept. 17, 2020, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 27, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed.

    Christopher A. Merry, 28, of  Swanville domestic violence assault in Winterport Jan. 15, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Jan. 15, 2021, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 6, $150 fine. 

    Bradley Gerry, 54, of Pittsfield, negotiating a worthless instrument in Stockton Springs Jan. 4, 2021, 30 days in jail and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 1, 18 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,577.53 restitution. 

    Joseph Whitmore, 45, of Northport, violating a protection from abuse order (two counts) in Northport March 19, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation for each count. 

    Todd J. Hill, 45, of Searsport, terrorizing in Searsport May 11, dismissed; reckless conduct in Searsport May 11, dismissed; creating a police standoff in Searsport May 11, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport May 11, $250 fine.

    Jessica Brain Cole, 44, of Old Town, violating a condition of release in Belfast April 13, dismissed.

    Janessa Thomas, 31, of Farmington, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Unity June 8, dismissed. 

    Henry N. Hartley Jr., 47, of Jackson, threatening display of a weapon in Jackson May 24, dismissed.

    Nicole Hardy, 47, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 12, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $1,000 fine.
