    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 10-16. 

    Alex Burbank, 21 of Bucksport, assault in Searsport April 20, 2019, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $300 fine; unlawful sexual contact in Searsport April 20, 2019, dismissed. 

    Hunter K. Thompson, 22, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Belfast June 29, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; assault in Belfast June 29, 2019, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 21, 2020, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast May 21, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity June 28, 2020, $250 fine.

    Brian Larrabee, 39, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast (two counts) Aug. 25, 2018, and Sept. 1, 2018, both dismissed; eluding an officer in Belfast Sept. 1, 2018, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 1, 2018, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 1, 2018, dismissed; reckless conduct in Belfast Aug. 25, 2018, $500 fine. 

    Charles R. Henry, 32, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Freedom July 21, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Freedom July 21, 2019, dismissed; driving to endanger in Freedom July 21, 2019, dismissed. 

    Joshua Burke, 40, of Dexter, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Feb. 1, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Stockton Springs Feb. 1, 2020, dismissed. 

    Jill K. Jones Carter, 42, of Penobscot, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Jan. 6, 2020, dismissed.

    Stacy Hughes, 47, of Northport, unlawful possession of heroin in Northport Sept. 15, 2020, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Northport Sept. 15, 2020, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Northport Sept. 15, 2020, both dismissed.

    Julia Howard, 20, of Dover Foxcroft, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 6, 2020, dismissed.

    Norman Tardiff, 60, of Windham, violating a protection from abuse order in Brooks Dec. 28, dismissed. 

    Konnor Harford, 22, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized use of property in Swanville Dec. 17, 2020, dismissed. 

    Joshua M.     Clint Deming, 37, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Jan. 16, six months in jail and $250 fine. 

    James R. O’Keefe, 29, of Waterville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo Jan. 27, $500 fine. 

    Cassandra Smith, 32, of Unity, domestic violence terrorizing in Unity March 31, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Sharon M. Elmes Curtis, 62, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Swanville May 11, dismissed.

    Tony H. Bates, 43, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport May 1, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 16, dismissed. 

    Nathan O. Osborne, 44, of Jackson, domestic violence assault in Jackson July 24, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson July 24, $1,000 fine. 

    Heidi A. Resh, 40, of Swanville, assault in Searsport July 29, $300 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport June 8, $400 fine; cutting a Christmas tree of boughs without permission in Searsport Nov. 7, $100 fine. 

    Michael J. O’Donovan Jr., 39, of Etna, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Thorndike Aug. 1, dismissed. 

    Dustyn M. Wood, 31, of Brooks, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Unity Sept. 30, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Sept. 30, $400 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Sept. 30, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Waldo Sept. 30, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Waldo Sept. 24, 30 days in jail.

    Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Swanville July 11, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville July 11, $350 fine. 

    Baily R. Sanzone, 20, of Northfield, attaching false plates in Unity Oct. 1, $100 fine. 

    Christopher Lawrence, 40, of Northport, cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission in Searsport Nov. 7, $100 fine. 

    Jacob Willey, 30, of Clinton, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Sept. 30, $400 fine. 

    Mandy Everette, 34, of Waldoboro, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville Aug. 14, $150 fine. 

    Stephen J. Finley, 21, of Grand Isle, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 20, $400 fine. 

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 41, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 6, 10 days in jail. 

    Adam F. Hauk, 33, of Swanville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Sept. 22, $150 fine. 

    Andrew M. Staples, 54, of Appleton, possessing a wild turkey taken in violation of a rule in Searsmont Oct. 13, $100 fine. 

    Miguel A. Mercado, 34, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Swanville Dec. 10, 72 hours in jail. 

    Beth Arnold, 59, of Northport, keeping a dangerous dog in Belfast July 22, $250 fine. 

    Roland J. Allison III, 64, of Stockton Springs, shellfish harvesting license violation (commercial) in Stockton Springs Oct. 28, $100 fine. 

    Benjamin W. Phelps, 34, of Bangor, use of drug paraphernalia in Liberty Sept. 5, $300 fine. 

    Dakota K. Wing, 23, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs Oct. 28, $200 fine. 

    Elizabeth P. Herdrich, 60, of Searsmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont Oct. 10, $100 fine. 

    Paul H. Brown, 68, of Swanville, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Monroe Oct. 30, $100 fine.
